30-Day Return Window
We stand behind the quality of our products with a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return if you're not completely satisfied.

- Unworn and unused
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us. If your return request is approved, we'll provide you with a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you've received the wrong product, contact us right away at so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain product categories cannot be returned for health, safety, and quality reasons:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
For the fastest service, we recommend returning your current item and placing a new order for the replacement product once your return has been accepted.
European Union Customers - 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The same return conditions apply: items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
